Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program
This program provides funding for a municipality or non-profit organization wishing to pursue a project to enhance a community’s capacity. This could be upgrades to a community or cultural centre, tourism facilities, cenotaphs, libraries, parks, or many other projects that help your community celebrate Canada’s 150th.
Western Diversification Program
Funding for projects that support the development and diversification of the western Canadian economy and directly supports:
- Skills development and training
- Trade and investment
- Building capacity for defence procurement opportunities
- Economic growth acceleration opportunities for Aboriginal Peoples
Community Futures Alberta
Provides loans, grant assistance and business advice to entrepreneurs and engaged municipalities.
Canada Business Network
Includes a database for financing and federal grant opportunities, as well as providing assistance in starting or managing a business or development initiative.

Alberta Recreation and Parks Association (ARPA)
