AUMA recognizes the fiscal challenges of our current times. Because we serve communities, not shareholders, we actively look for ways to offer members cost savings and budget certainty.
We are currently offering municipalities and community organizations the opportunity to participate in our upcoming natural gas aggregation procurement. This proven process ensures that our members benefit from our collective buying power and get the best price available for their energy needs. Our 2020 electricity aggregation process secured electricity 5-12% below future market forecasts for over 100 municipalities and we will use a similar process for this natural gas aggregation.
