AUMA webinar series: Pathway to the ‘new normal workplace’

Join us for a series of engaging webinars that will help answer your questions while developing your plans to return to the workplace. Over three sessions, we will be joined by several subject-matter experts who can assist your team in developing policies and procedures as employees head back into the office.

Session #1: Employee Engagement – What can you ask?
During our first webinar, we will discuss the topic of employee engagement, including what information you can ask as an employer, if you can enforce a vaccination policy, what parameters you can implement in your workplace, and more.

(Tentative) Session #2: Return to the workplace planning and considerations – What should you consider as you put your plans in place?
Following each session, we will ask for your feedback as to what other topics you would like to explore. The topic for the third session will be announced one week in advance, based on the feedback we receive from those who participated in the first two sessions.

Sessions are complimentary, and each one will run for an hour. Registering once will grant you access to all three sessions.
