New guide and template for resolutions
AUMA has launched a new Resolutions Guide and Template to assist municipalities with drafting resolutions for consideration at AUMA’s 2018 Annual Convention in Red Deer this September.
The deadline for submitting a resolution along with proof of council approval is May 31, 2018.
Resolutions can be submitted through AUMA’s website or by emailing resolutions [at] auma.ca (resolutions[at]auma[dot]ca).
Before submitting a new resolution, municipalities are encouraged to review:
- The Resolutions Library (to see if the topic of the potential resolution is already addressed or partly covered by an existing resolution)
- The 2018 Resolutions Guide and Template
- AUMA’s Resolution Policy
