Nominate a Municipal Leader for a 2018 AUMA Award by June 29

It’s time to nominate municipal leaders in your community for a 2018 AUMA Award. These awards will be presented during AUMA’s annual convention.

Distinguished Service Award – for municipal elected officials who have served 20 or more years on council. 
Award of Excellence – for present or past municipal elected officials who demonstrate outstanding civic leadership for at least three years. 

Dedicated Chief Administrative Officer Award – for long-term excellence and dedication to municipal government and chief administrative management (co-sponsored by the Society of Local Government Managers)

Dedicated Senior Municipal Team Award – acknowledges a municipal team’s long-term excellence and dedication to municipal government management (co-sponsored by the Society of Local Government Managers). 

Eligible nominees must be from a current or past regular member municipality. For more information on each award, and to download the nomination forms, visit the AUMA awards webpage.

The deadline for submitting nominations is June 29, 2018.
